We provide our opinion and thoughts on the products mentioned. All our items either ship from our location or from the supplier. They are in perfect working condition when they ship out. We will be happy to exchange, refund, or credit any return you have as long as the scale is in the same condition as it was shipped in. (Including original packing and box with no damage or writing). All returns must be within 10 days of purchase, must be in original packaging, and in new condition. A 10 to 30 percent re-stocking fee will be charged on all items due to credit card processing fees, supplier restocking fees, and / or handling fees. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

We do not accept returns on test weights or consumable items such as printer ribbons and labels.

Please note that many of our products ship for “free”, but if they are returned our actual shipping costs will still be deducted from the refund.

Contact us before returning any item to receive return authorization number or other return info. Please send returns to the address we specify. Failure to follow the procedure may result in additional fees.
